Bring the evidence, not the pitch
I work with founder-led B2B SaaS, advisory, fintech, legaltech, and professional-service firms that need cleaner public facts. The best first message includes the company site, the sources that describe you, and one or two examples of machine confusion you have seen, such as a stale directory category, a wrong AI summary, or a partner page that frames the firm too loosely.
Frequent questions
How do you usually work?
I start with the company's existing public evidence before recommending anything new. I compare the site, profiles, directories, search results, structured data, and AI answers, then I map where the entity becomes unstable. The output is a cleanup plan small enough to implement without turning the whole firm upside down.
Which topics do you take on?
I take on AI-search entity hygiene, knowledge-graph cleanup, structured-data planning, source-of-truth architecture, and AI answer monitoring. I am most useful when a firm sells expertise and the market needs to understand exactly who it is, what it does, and which category it belongs in.
How quickly do you reply?
I usually reply within three working days. If the enquiry is a poor fit, I will say so plainly rather than stretch the conversation. If it is a fit, I will ask for the sources needed to inspect the problem properly.
What does a consultation look like?
A consultation is usually a diagnostic review, followed by a written set of findings and recommended cleaning moves. Larger projects can include monitoring, entity ledgers, schema recommendations, and source-of-truth architecture. Fees are usually in the low-to-mid four figures for a focused review, and higher for deeper cleanup work.
Which tasks do you not take on?
I do not take on mass content production, link schemes, reputation cover-ups, fake reviews, or campaigns built around vague AI visibility promises. I also do not work on problems where the company wants machines to believe something the public evidence cannot support.
Do you write new content?
I sometimes write or revise factual copy when it is needed to stabilize the entity. I do not begin with content volume. I first check whether the existing facts are consistent, sourced, and machine-readable.
A clean entity starts with a stable record.
Share the sources. I will look for the places where the company becomes easy to misread.
